Privacy policy

Updated October 1, 2026

Algo lets you build and run trading agents, connect a Kalshi account, and pay for Starter or Max. This policy describes the personal information Algo collects to do that, how it is used, and how to ask for deletion.

Account

When you create an Algo account, Algo stores the email address and password you choose. The email identifies the account. The password is used to sign you in.

Google sign-in is used only for your name, email, and profile picture, to create and identify your Algo account. Algo stores that name, email, and profile picture in Supabase. Algo does not sell or share that Google profile information.

Kalshi

To place demo trades, you can connect a Kalshi account. Algo stores the Kalshi API key id and private key you submit, and uses them to place those demo trades. Algo does not hold customer funds. Orders placed with those keys are orders on your Kalshi account.

Agents

Algo stores the agent specifications you save, including the markets, triggers, reasoning, guardrails, and actions you configure. When an agent runs, Algo stores the cycle logs for that run so you can review what the agent did.

Payment

Starter and Max are paid through Stripe. Algo receives the plan you choose, whether the subscription is active, and a Stripe customer identifier so it can keep your subscription attached to your account. Algo does not store card numbers. Stripe collects and stores card details under its own terms.

Sale of personal information

Algo does not sell personal information. Algo uses the information above to run the service: to sign you in, to save and run your agents, to place demo trades with the Kalshi keys you provide, to bill Starter or Max, and to answer mail sent to hq.algo@gmail.com.

Deletion

To ask Algo to delete your account and the personal information stored with it, email hq.algo@gmail.com from the address on the account. Say that you want the account deleted. Algo will delete the account email and password, the Google name, email, and profile picture stored in Supabase if you used Google sign-in, the stored Kalshi API key id and private key, your agent specifications, and your cycle logs. Stripe keeps payment records it is required to keep.
