Acceptable use

Use Algo for your own account. Do not use Algo to break the law, to access an account or a Kalshi key you are not allowed to use, to interfere with Algo or with anyone else’s account, or to overload the service. Do not misrepresent who you are when you sign up or when you contact Algo.

Subscriptions

Starter is $20 a month. Max is $200 a month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Algo does not store card numbers.

The code ALGO4 prices Starter at $4 for the first two months, then $20 a month. Max has no introductory price.

Funds and orders

Algo does not hold customer funds. Kalshi orders are yours. You are responsible for the Kalshi account you connect, the API key id and private key you store in Algo, and the demo trades those keys place. Algo does not custody balances and does not promise that an order will fill.

Suspension

Algo can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service or other people at risk, or that Algo is required to suspend. A suspended account cannot start new agent runs.
